Preparation
- Wash and scrub the potatoes under cold water. Dry them thoroughly.
- Poke several holes in each potato with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender when pierced with a fork.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Leftover baked potatoes can be stored in the fridge for about 3-5 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze them for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes before serving.
