Preparation
  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes under cold water. Dry them thoroughly.
  2. Poke several holes in each potato with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender when pierced with a fork.

Notes
