Main Ingredients
  • 6 large large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Can be substituted with Greek yogurt for a healthier twist.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnish Paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  4. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
Mixing
  1. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix well.
Assembly
  1. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  2. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish and serve.

Notes

These deviled eggs are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to two days in an airtight container. For a fun twist, try adding hot sauce, avocado, crispy onions, or fresh herbs like chives.
