  • 1 block firm tofu Press to remove excess moisture
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetables of your choice (for serving)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, toss the tofu with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
  3. Serve with your favorite vegetables or mix into a breakfast bowl.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-5 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crunch. Experiment with spices or try roasting in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes.
