  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 limes Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
  4. Season with chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp and stir to combine.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve in tacos, salads, or as a standalone dish.

Notes

Store your shrimp in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Gently reheat in a skillet or microwave.
