  • 1 piece ripe banana Frozen banana for creaminess is recommended.
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk Can be replaced with almond milk.
  • 1/2 cup yogurt Optional for added creaminess. Use plant-based yogurt for vegan version.
  • to taste Honey or agave syrup Optional, adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • as needed cubes Ice Essential for chilling the smoothie.

Preparation
  1. Combine the pineapple chunks, banana, coconut milk, and yogurt (if using) in a blender.
  2. Add a handful of ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Taste and add honey or agave syrup if desired.
  5. Serve immediately in a tall glass and enjoy your tropical paradise in a glass!

Notes

For a creamier texture, freeze banana beforehand. Feel free to swap ingredients for personal taste. You can also boost the nutrition by adding a handful of spinach or kale.
