- In a blender, combine the ripe banana, matcha green tea powder, almond milk, and protein powder (if using).
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup and blend quickly.
- Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie and blend again until frosty.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy as a nutritious breakfast or post-workout drink!
Notes
Smoothie keeps in the fridge for about 24 hours. For meal prep, blend everything except ice and store in an airtight container for up to three days.
