- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- In a pan over medium heat, cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Once cooked, glaze the salmon with the Bang Bang sauce.
Assembly
- Assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, topping with salmon, and adding desired vegetables.
- Drizzle more sauce on top and garnish with green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days. To reheat, microwave salmon and rice for a minute or two. For meal prep, cook components separately and assemble before eating.
