  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) Frozen blueberries work well.
  • 1 cup yogurt (preferably Greek) Can substitute with coconut yogurt for a tropical twist.
  • 1 lemon (juiced) Adds brightness to the flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice Use any milk you prefer.
  • Ice cubes (optional) For a chilled smoothie.

Preparation
  1. Slice the avocado and scoop it into a blender.
  2. Add the blueberries, yogurt, lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup if you’re feeling sweet.
  3. Pour in the almond milk and add ice cubes if you like it chilled.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing smoothie!

Notes

Serve in a mason jar topped with granola or extra blueberries for a pop of color. Will keep well in the fridge for about 24 hours. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays.
