Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas The browner, the better for sweetness
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) Frozen can be used directly
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar Can be swapped for honey or maple syrup for a healthier option
  • 1 piece egg For vegan version, use flaxseed meal mixed with water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour Add gently to prevent overmixing

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
