Preparation and Blending
- In a blender, combine blueberries, banana, almond milk, and almond butter if using.
- Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup to sweeten.
- Add ice cubes for a colder smoothie and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. The smoothie can also be frozen for later use.
