- In a blender, combine the banana, blueberries, dates, almond milk, and chia seeds, plus the Greek yogurt if you’re using it.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If you prefer a chilled smoothie, toss in some ice cubes and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Serve in a tall glass and top with chia seeds or whole blueberries for presentation. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For frozen storage, pour into ice cube trays and blend the cubes with a little milk later.
