  1. In a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and any optional ingredients like honey and oats.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk until your desired consistency is reached.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

You can store the smoothie in the fridge for about 1 day. Shake before drinking as it may separate. For longer storage, freeze it in a container for up to a month. Consider adding spinach or kale for a green twist or swapping blueberries for other berries.
