  • 1/2 banana banana Can substitute with half an avocado.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • Ice cubes Optional for a colder drink.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine blueberries, rolled oats, milk, banana, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours, shake well before drinking. For longer storage, freeze in an airtight container and blend again when ready to enjoy.
