- In a blender, combine rolled oats, milk, blueberries, banana, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a thicker or creamier smoothie, add more oats or a scoop of Greek yogurt. For variations, try swapping blueberries for strawberries or mangoes, and use chia seeds if you don't have oats.
