Shrimp Ingredients
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Use panko for extra crunch if desired.
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (if frying)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (if baking).
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with salt, pepper, and buffalo sauce.
  3. Set up a breading station: one bowl with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs.
Breading and Cooking
  1. Dredge each shrimp in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  2. If baking, place the shrimp on a baking sheet and spray with cooking oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  3. If frying, heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimp until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve with extra buffalo sauce for dipping.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using garlic powder and don't overcrowd the pan if frying. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for later use.
