  • 1 ball Burrata cheese Make sure it's fresh and creamy.
  • 1 ball Fresh mozzarella
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved.
  • 1 handful Fresh basil leaves Torn.
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze For drizzling.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For drizzling.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season generously.
  • 2 slices Crusty bread or ciabatta For the base of the sandwich.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the crusty bread or ciabatta in half.
  2. Spread the burrata cheese on one half and top with slices of fresh mozzarella.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them on top of the mozzarella.
  4. Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then season with salt and pepper.
  6. Close the sandwich with the other half of the bread and serve.
