Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 ears ears of corn, husked
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Method

Cooking
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the husked corn and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic.
  3. Once the corn is cooked, remove it from the pot and drain.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the corn, ensuring it is well-coated.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Add a splash of lemon juice for a zesty kick! Swap butter for olive oil for a lighter option. Use garlic powder if fresh garlic is not available. For an extra layer of flavor, sprinkle with cheese or chili powder before serving.
