- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
Chilling the deviled eggs in the fridge for a bit amps up the flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Assemble the filling in advance, but stuff the egg whites just before serving for the freshest taste.
