  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
  5. Serve chilled.

Notes

Chilling the deviled eggs in the fridge for a bit amps up the flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Assemble the filling in advance, but stuff the egg whites just before serving for the freshest taste.
