Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter and milk, then gradually add it to the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheese, minced garlic, and parsley.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for that golden finish.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
