- Wash the spinach and pit the cherries if they are not frozen.

- Adjust sweetness with honey if desired.

Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen cherries. You can also substitute banana with avocado or customize yogurt type. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
