Wrap Ingredients
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing A little goes a long way!
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can substitute with feta or nutritional yeast.
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the edges to secure the filling.
  4. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for about 3 days. Wrap tightly in plastic to maintain flavor. You can prep the filling ahead and assemble it just before eating.
