Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dulce de leche and cream cheese until smooth.
- Dip each chocolate cookie briefly in milk and lay them in a dish to form the bottom layer.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese and dulce de leche mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the process, layering cookies and the mixture until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Optionally, dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
For a different flavor, switch dulce de leche for caramel. You can also experiment with different cookies, such as Oreos.
