- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Mix in sugar, egg, and melted butter.
- Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon, combining until just mixed.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter for the crumb topping.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool, slice, and enjoy!
