- In a blender, combine the chilled coffee, medjool dates, almond milk, banana, and almond butter.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, add more banana or almond butter. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours; stir before consuming. For a chocolate twist, add cocoa powder before blending.
