Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, add the butter and let it melt over medium heat.
- Toss in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
- Place the lobster tails cut-side up on a baking sheet and generously pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
- Bake the lobster tails for about 12-15 minutes or until they turn opaque and are cooked through.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with steamed asparagus or a salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. For a spicy version, add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
