  • 4 tails 4 lobster tails Make sure they are thawed if frozen.
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Use unsalted for better control of saltiness.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic works best for flavor.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Can substitute with coconut milk for a lighter version.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Fresh lemon juice enhances taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust to personal preference.
  • Chopped parsley for garnish Adds freshness and color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, add the butter and let it melt over medium heat.
  3. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
  1. Place the lobster tails cut-side up on a baking sheet and generously pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
  2. Bake the lobster tails for about 12-15 minutes or until they turn opaque and are cooked through.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with steamed asparagus or a salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. For a spicy version, add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
