Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the lobster tails in the skillet, meat side up, and spoon the garlic butter sauce over them.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Timing is key: Don’t overbake! Substitute lobster with zucchini or meaty mushrooms for a vegan option. For crunch, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top before baking. Store in the fridge for 2-3 days in an airtight container. Freeze for longer storage after cooling.
