  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Add more for serving if desired
  • Juice of 1 lemon Adjust to taste preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
  6. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, mixing well to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored for about 3 days in the fridge. Reheat in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of cream if too thick. Consider adding veggies like spinach or cherry tomatoes for added nutrition.
