Ingredients
  

Pasta and Salmon
  • 200 g pasta of your choice
  • 2 fillets salmon Preferably skinless
Sauce Components
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta and Salmon
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove salmon from the skillet and flake it into large pieces.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the cooked pasta and flaked salmon to the skillet, tossing to coat with the creamy sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove with a splash of cream or broth if needed. For varying flavors, you can swap salmon for shrimp or chicken.
