  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adds flavor.

For the Bang Bang sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Base for the sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce Provides sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce For heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper with the flour.
  2. Dredge the salmon pieces in the flour mixture, dip them into the beaten eggs, and finally coat them in panko bread crumbs.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the salmon bites until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Making the Sauce
  1. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve the crispy salmon bites drizzled with the Bang Bang sauce.

Notes

These bites are perfect on their own or served with a side of steamed veggies or a fresh salad. You can swap the salmon for chicken or tofu for a twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the fridge.
