Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 slices Bread (sandwich bread or tortillas) Can use any type of bread or tortillas.
  • 4 slices Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Use a mixture for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or cooking spray For frying the roll ups.
Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup Tomato soup or marinara sauce For dipping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. If using sandwich bread, flatten each slice with a rolling pin. For tortillas, skip this step.
  2. Place a slice of cheese on each slice of bread/tortilla.
  3. Roll up the bread/tortilla tightly around the cheese.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or cooking spray.
  2. Place the roll-ups seam side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  3. Serve warm with tomato soup or marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For variety, mix different cheeses or add thinly sliced meats or veggies. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
