  • 1 cup Crab meat
  • 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 8 oz Cream cheese can be low-fat for a lighter option
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack) Use more for added flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika or your choice of spices
Cooking Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Oil for frying Ensure oil is hot before frying
  • 1 cup Queso dip for serving
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and your favorite spices.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a flour tortilla and roll it tightly.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the roll-ups until they’re golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with queso dip and garnish with green onions.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or air fryer.
