Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Set up a dredging station with beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs in three separate bowls.
- Coat each chicken breast in eggs first, then in the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they’re fully covered.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then brown the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes, then remove from heat.
Serving
- Serve the chicken drizzled with garlic cream sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic cream sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
