  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets Freshly sourced for best flavor.
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for superior taste.
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs Panko bread crumbs work well for extra crunch.
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin olive oil is recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Feel free to adjust based on preference.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed for maximum flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and then press the Parmesan mixture on top of each fillet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve with your favorite sides such as steamed broccoli or a garden salad.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients. Don’t skip the parchment paper for easy cleanup.
