Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and then press the Parmesan mixture on top of each fillet.
Cooking
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden and crispy.
