  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1 cup spinach (optional) Can be omitted or replaced with other vegetables.
Seasonings
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheese, spinach, and seasonings.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or baking pan.
  2. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm with fresh fruit or a light salad. It can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
