Base Ingredients
  • 2 slices Bread (any kind you love!)
  • 4 oz Deli meat (turkey, ham, or your choice)
  • 2 slices Cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)
Fresh Fillings
  • 1 leaf Lettuce
  • 1 slice Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Condiments (mayo, mustard, etc.)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grab two slices of bread and lay them on a clean surface.
  2. Spread your condiments on both slices.
  3. Layer on the deli meat, followed by cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread and press gently.
  5. Cut in half and serve.

Notes

Toast the bread for added crunch! Experiment with spreads like hummus or pesto for different flavors. Always place cheese next to the bread to keep it from getting soggy.
