Ingredients
  

Eggs
  • 6 large 6 large eggs Hard boil the eggs.
Filling ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Use more for creamier filling.
  • 1 teaspoon mustard Can substitute with Dijon if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon relish juice For tangy flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust to personal preference.
  • Paprika for garnish Adds color and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water, bringing it to a boil, and then letting them boil for 9-12 minutes. Cool them in ice water.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, and relish juice.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle paprika on top for garnish. Serve at your next gathering!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 to 5 days. Feel free to make a batch in advance and assemble just before serving.
