Preparation
- Slice the boiled eggs in half.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Smash the egg yolks with a fork until crumbly.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients into the egg yolks until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with an open tip.
- Squeeze the egg yolk mixture into the hole of each egg white.
- Garnish with paprika and black pepper, if desired.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Store deviled eggs in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also make them a day ahead. Avoid freezing as it affects texture. For a unique twist, substitute mustard with sriracha or mix in avocado for a vegan version.
