Preparation
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Slice the strawberries in half lengthwise and score a triangle shape in the center.
- Carefully remove a bit from the middle with a small spoon or melon baller.
- Drain the strawberries cut side down on paper towels for a couple of minutes.
- Place the strawberries on a platter.
Filling
- In a bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pipe the filling into each strawberry.
Garnishing
- Garnish with graham cracker crumbs and sprinkles. Serve immediately!
