  • 12 medium to large strawberries Fresh and juicy
  • 12 oz whipped cream cheese Softened for easy mixing
  • 1 cup powdered sugar For sweetness
  • 2 tsp lemon zest Adds brightness to the flavor
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract For flavor enhancement
  • 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs For garnishing
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles For fun decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the strawberries.
  2. Slice the strawberries in half lengthwise and score a triangle shape in the center.
  3. Carefully remove a bit from the middle with a small spoon or melon baller.
  4. Drain the strawberries cut side down on paper towels for a couple of minutes.
  5. Place the strawberries on a platter.
Filling
  1. In a bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Pipe the filling into each strawberry.
Garnishing
  1. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs and sprinkles. Serve immediately!

Notes

Perfect for parties, easy to make, and kids love them. Store leftovers in the fridge for 1-2 days.
