Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the shrimp along the back to butterfly them, then lay them flat on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each shrimp with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through and breadcrumbs are golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2-3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven to regain crispiness.
