Preparation
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until onion is translucent.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, white wine, seafood stock, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the shrimp and fish, cooking until the seafood is fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Serving
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, alongside crusty bread for dipping.
Notes
Season to taste and feel free to add more vegetables for nutrition. Can substitute white wine with lemon juice. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
