  • 1 scoop cookies and cream protein powder
  • 1 banana For extra creaminess, use frozen bananas
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (optional) Can use almond or cashew butter for a twist

  • to taste chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the milk, cookies and cream protein powder, banana, nut butter, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
  4. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

For optimal flavor, consider adding crushed cookies on top for crunch or pairing with almonds. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours, or freeze in an airtight container for longer storage. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup.
