Ingredients
  

For the Crab Rolls
  • 2 pounds king crab legs Thaw if frozen and remove shells.
  • 6 to 7 pieces brioche bread rolls Split for stuffing.
  • 1 large lemon For squeezing on top.
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter Melted.
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
For Garnish
  • 3 tbsp fresh chives Finely minced.
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill Chopped.
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley Chopped.

Method
 

Prepare the Garlic Butter
  1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Prepare the Crab
  1. If your crab legs are frozen, thaw them first.
  2. Remove any shells and break the legs for easier eating.
Cook the Crab
  1. Toss the crab into the garlic butter and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  2. Add the chives, dill, and parsley before mixing well.
Assemble the Rolls
  1. Split the brioche rolls and load them up with the delicious crab mixture.
