Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix the milk and olive oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
Baking
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
Notes
These muffins can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Freeze them for up to three months. Reheat in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
