  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation
  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Cooking
  1. Pour an appropriate amount of batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown, following the specific time recommended by your waffle iron.
  2. Remove the waffles carefully and serve warm, topped with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or nut butter.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze with parchment paper in between. Reheat in a toaster.
