Ingredients
  

Eggs and Filling
  • 6 large eggs Use older eggs for easier peeling.
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt or mashed avocado.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled Add more bacon for extra flavor.
Garnish
  • to taste Chives or parsley For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat; let sit for 12 minutes.
  3. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool. Once cooled, peel the eggs.
  4. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place yolks in a bowl.
  5. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Stir in crumbled bacon.
  7. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  8. Garnish with chives or parsley before serving.

Notes

These deviled eggs are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Avoid freezing.
