- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, yogurt, milk, orange juice, honey (if using), orange zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into jars or containers.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give the oats a stir and enjoy them cold or warmed up. Top with additional orange zest if desired.
Notes
These oats can last up to 5 days in the fridge. For a dairy-free version, swap out for almond or coconut milk. Add different fruit flavors or cocoa powder for variation.
