Preparation
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Cooking
- Toss in the shrimp and broccoli to the skillet.
- Cook until shrimp turns pink and broccoli is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the microwave or stir-fry with a splash of water.
