  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cooked rice or noodles

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Toss in the shrimp and broccoli to the skillet.
  2. Cook until shrimp turns pink and broccoli is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the microwave or stir-fry with a splash of water.
