Method
 

Cooking the Orzo
  1. Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sautéing
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Pour in the chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest; bring to a simmer.
  2. Stir in the cooked orzo and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

This dish is best served freshly made but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For best texture when reheating, add a splash of chicken broth.
