  • pinch salt
Glaze Ingredients (optional)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Optional for icing.
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk Adjust until desired consistency.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until combined.
  3. Add honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt; mix well to form a dough.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Sprinkle additional cinnamon and sweetener if desired.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into equal-sized rolls.
  6. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Glazing
  1. For a glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth and drizzle over cooled rolls.

Notes
