Preparation
  1. In a large pot, bring the fish stock or water to a boil.
  2. Add the diced potatoes, leeks, and carrots. Simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Add the salmon chunks and cook until the salmon is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
